Bio Joe McKay grew up in Ontario and went to school at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax. He has been living in New York for six years working as an artist and Macintosh computer consultant. This past year he participated in the Whitney . The symposium had 30 speakers (artists, activists, curators) from all over the world. 1990- present Transportation activist I have been an active participant in the cycling community in both New York and Toronto.
