Having originally studied as a visual artist, he has moved on to program artwork for interactive and multimedia performance, art shows and web galleries for over ten years. His specialty is integrating disciplines and often incorporates neurology, linguistics and child development with his choreography, musical composition and illustration. judsoN's pieces include the international multimedia Shadow Casters project with Dancing in the Streets at the Kitchen in New York, first place for Netzkunsthaus in Germany, cTheory for Cornell University (twice), Rhizome ArtBase (several times solo and in collaborations), a live interactive play in a circus tent in the Czech Republic and Poland, installation for the Arts Council of Mildura, Australia. Published in books (US, Europe) and on CD-Roms, with artist fellowships at the MacDowell Foundation, Yaddo, studying under choreographer Doug Elkins at Atlantic Center for the Arts and at Mabou Mines/Suite.
